Crystal Cave Dreamer
born 1960
In childhood and youth Sabina was embedded into classical music, mountain sports, skating and table tennis. According to her christian background she spent four years of her education in a convent. She has a degree in Anthropology, Sociology and Philosophy (Zürich, Switzerland, 1987) and worked for international organizations in the realm of 3rd world development and rights of prisoners of war.
Since 1983 Sabina is apprentice on the Sweet Medicine Sundance Path, an ancient Shamanic Mystery School of Turtle Island (The Americas). She is teacher and Soul-Guide on the Sweet Medicine Sundance Path since 1989, Roadwoman of DTMMS, is working with groups and individuals primarily in Germany, USA and Switzerland. She is qualified teacher of Spiritual Sexuality (Quodoushka) and works with physical as well as sexual healing since many years.
Since 1997 Sabina engages with the Dearmoring technique as a major stream of healing and enhancing vitality. She has conducted numerous retreats in Germany, Switzerland, England and USA and is an instructor at the Body Dearmoring School for ISD practitioners in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
Sabina’s greatest passion is the discovery of life itself. Since the early 1980es, she has travelled through all continents and spent more time on the road than anywhere else. While she discovered her spirit in Asia, her heart is at home in Central America. She studies several months per year with her teacher in the Arizona Desert and loves spending her free time in the Alps.
The ongoing discovery of life is an ongoing self development to her. On the Sweet Medicine Sundance path she has sought and found deep knowledge about male and female, about sex, healing and human evolution. She holds a vast benevolent space for each individual in her retreats to become who they truly are. The Dearmoring process has caught her heart and passion fully, as it is a powerful and deeply touching healing way of bringing forth the true nature of a human being, and of enhancing vitality, lust for life and one’s Self Worth.

“However you not only heal from past wounds, pains and unforgiven charges you may carry. You heal as well in the sense of finally claiming your birth right of naturally being who you are. Without any awkwardness, shame or other aspects of repressing or conforming yourself, however with a high degree of love for life, of self responsibility of how you engage in the world and how you bring your gifts into the collective. Thus in many ways it is a process of re-birthing yourself into the fullness of who you are, and this is the jewel inside the process of freeing your soul.”
